The team

Lorraine Yates – Business Manager

Growing up Sydney, Lorraine studied at University of NSW then moved to Canberra to master her skills as consultant project manager and senior policy advisor on major projects with both the Australian and NSW Governments, in the health and education sectors.

Strong ties to Sydney’s working harbour eventually drew her back where she founded and operated well known commercial fleet H2O Taxis for ten years. She is the co-owner of the successfully campaigned Sparkman and Stephens classic racing yacht Komatsu Azzurro, a story becoming legendary in ocean racing circles.

Approachable, hardworking and professional, Lorraine has embraced White Bay 6 Marine Park with great positive energy and enthusiasm.

Andrew Cruikshank – Marine Service Manager

Andrew has a wealth of time in the marine industry. A fully trained and experienced shipwright with qualifications in Maritime and Logistics Management, Andrew is an enthusiastic communicator and uniquely suited to manage the busy White Bay 6 service yard.

As a Sydney local, his dedication to boats has taken him from working as a shipwright, to commercial marine project management, quality assurance for government projects, and extensive exposure to the consumer marine market. His constant smile and energy are as asset to both White Bay 6 and our customers.

Ludovica “Elle” Perna – Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Elle has been working at White Bay 6 Marine Park for over three years now. Growing up with an affinity for the ocean, Elle used to spend all her spare time on the small Italian island of Ponza enjoying the sailing life whilst working on the local charter fleet.  After studying interior design in Milan, she started working in the marine industry full time in Italy before moving to Sydney to continue her career.

Elle was recently announced as a finalist for the Marina Employee of the Year Award by the Marina Industries Association!

James Young – Maintenance Co-Ordinator
